I have over 1000 views, have low prices, and am offering free shipping over $12. I can not get any orders though (Besides a few orders from family). I would loves some tips and things I should maybe change/add to my hub. Thanks!

Hi @Galactic3D I can’t see anything obviously wrong with your Hub, I think you just need to be patient, it takes time for a new Hub to move up through the ranks and you’ve only been a member since April! The process does accelerate as (hopefully) you’ll find that “real” customers become repeat customers, but it really is just a case of waiting and doing the best job you can to keep the reviews high. I’m sure you’ll get there.

Your color selection is extremely limited also. More colors would give customers more chances of finding the color they need

Good point. I always put a “false” colour in called “ASK - Any colour next day”, which (I hope) encourages customers to enquire about a colour I’m not currently listing. Of course, this does mean you have to have a reliable supplier who can deliver next day…

It also took me a long time to get some orders. Try to advertise (in form of a post) on social media more often (like every 2/3 weeks or so).
Maybe get a 4th color for PLA (I would recommend black since you already have white) Black and White seem to be the most popular colors.
I also only got my real first order when I reached 10/15k views. After the first order and making everything perfect you’re good to go.
I would change the shipping methods as well, even though you give free shipping over $12 they still are a bit costly. Try going through the different websites of different carriers and see which is the cheapest. Also I would put pickup as an option as that is what most of my customers want.
The description and pictures look good though.
Take a look at other people’s hubs and see what they have different and try to adapt your hub to the current “demand”.
