Hey guys i was wondering if anybody had the same problem. i used to get at least an inquiry and at least 1 print a week and it maxed out at 4 prints a week. I went on vacation and since then i have got ABSOLUTLEY nothing, no prints or inquiries. my printer is online i have many reviews and they’re all good. I have verified everything they ask. i have descriptions and pictures
my prices are the lowest in the city . I set up another account to see if I show up in the results and I do I am usually in the top 5.
What is wrong? Why am I not getting anything? I have monitored others and they are slowly getting more reviews

I’m also not getting any orders, and in my city I’m ranked 3rd (have ~1300 views). Also did all the verification and stuff they ask.
But I never had an order…
Already did a lot of advertising on social media…
I am also one of the cheapest hubs here.
Max,
In my humble opinion, and I am just trying to help here, you need to add more pictures of your prints.
You also need to add a more pro description of your hub. It sounds more like you are starting out, and that funds from printing will help you get more colors or something. Describe why you are a good hub, and leave it at that. Try not to look like a starter.
Also, maybe get a few orders from friends or family to start you out.
I’m guessing your last review is killing you.
Get an order or two from family or friends to knock that one down.
“good work,a little more clean up than i was expecting…” is a killer.
Just trying to help!
I would suspect no because 1) most people only read the first couple of reviews if at all plus i always tell them to leave honest feedback even if its terrble. he does molds so ANY line will show up.
2) he gave me a good rating and i talked to him personlly before and after the print. i printed 4x the resolution he was asking for, for free because i wanted it te turn out good… i set the expectation well before i even printed and told him how it was going to turn out. he ordered a previous print from a SLA printer those will always beat out FDM printers. he also didnt pay for support removal so i left it on.
all in all i know the potential customers cant see that or know that but i still highly doubt that is it
Hey Perry_1
Thanks for the advice! I really Appreciate it!
I’ve changed the description of my hub had a bit of help of my parents… (they run a business). Could you or anyone else give me feedback about it?
Thanks in advance!
From a marketing standpoint, I cleaned it up a little. As a side note, standard printing on 3dhubs is 20% infill.
"Printing with a Qilive Q.3622 with a print area of 228Lx150Wx140H (mm).
Red, Black and Blue PLA, other colors by request.
Great prints fast!
Standard infill 20%, but stronger prints available upon request.
Model cleanup available. (additional fee)
Ask for free color samples!
Want some ideas of what to print, contact me for suggestions!"

Hey man! Thank you so much for helping me! You’re a savior!
The summer months (June, July, August) are much slower than the rest of the year, enjoy it!
