Hello, I am new to 3D Printing, and purchased one off a co-worker. For the first week, it printed perfectly fine, with no issues. 5 days ago, I replaced the resin bottle, and I keep getting errors of the printer not recognizing the bottle or not reading the resin level accurately. (bottle is brand new, 500g, and printer reads 0). Tried contacting XYZ, but still no response. Any suggestions on what I should try, or should I just get used to this 21 pound paperweight?
