I have a file from a customer that isn’t bigger than a meg, but It requires a lot of supports. I’ve used the XYZware software to add supports just on the outside and both outside and inside but the sliced files are always larger than the 200 meg limit for the printer to process.
Has anyone come across a way to make the files smaller or increase the limit on the printer?
If I use Meshmixer to create the supports they either don’t hold the part against the suction of the resin and the part fails or the supports create unwanted features on the part that are too hard to clean off in post processing.
Any help is appreciated.
