Im working with in a 22mm space, Disc.
So i dont think i have enough room to make ABS to act kind of spring like, but i want the ABS for how strong it is.
So I am thinking of needing NinjaFlex printed with ABS. Last time i tried a ABS with two colours it didnt go well.
So looking for someone who can PRINT SMALL, can PRINT NinjaFlex + ABS together.
I dont know NinjaFlex at all, so might need a few different designs to get it right.
Now i Live in Nottingham/Lincoln way, i am saying this because postage can be dam DEAR within the UK, so such a small item that is worth pennies. So ever cheap postage when the print is done or New by, I am in Newark on Trent (Lincoln/Nottingham and Peterboro/Doncaster)… I’ll try and ask my locale HackSpace, might be able to help with my design and locale.
Also understand that only a FEW Machines have Dual Head and can print two different Filiments/Colours at the same time.

Hi there! 22mm diameter, but what height has this spring-like cylinder? I would like to know more about the later application purpose etc. I’m living in Germany, however I’m shipping worldwide and I could also do all the CAD (modeling) stuff. My printer is capable of dual extrusion and I got experience in dual extrusion prints that include ninjaflex and ABS or ninjaflex and Colorfabb XT. Im designing a 8 way switch, so as the switch ARM turns around, it needs to locate in one of the Eight slots.
As it is a switch High has to be kept down a lot. At the moment its about 5mm, but if i can get it down more so i will.
depending how FLEX a NinjaFlex is, i could do a Diamond with 4 balls so it will turn around and locate.
