Printer is Alunar M505.

I’ve kept the print speed at 30mm/s

I’ve tried temps between 210 and 230. Settled at 220c

I’ve found that under 65c it doesn’t stick to bed, but then later into the print the bottoms warp and then the print detaches. I’ve read this is because of overheating. I tried increasing the temp to 70c to reduce the warping… it did reduce the warping but still detached.

Is glue or tape a requierment for PLA on a metal hotbed?

My bed is level and I’m using 1.75mm PLA that came with the printer

I print PLA at 200, and 60 deg bed temp. While I print on glass, I would think you’re gonna need something to adhere the print to the bed either way. I have never used blue tape, but it is a common practice so worth a try. For PLA I use Suave Max Hold hairspray, cheap and it works great. I’ve used the purple glue sticks for ABS, but never tried it for PLA. Making sure the print bed is clean first is a must. Then you can add your tape, glue, etc.
