Hi guys, I’m looking to buy my first printer and I’m having trouble picking one. I know there’s like a hundred topics on this matter, but I really feel the need of asking my own. So far I’m torn between the CEL Robox and the Flashforge Creator Pro. What would you suggest? I want to print a variety of things, mainly phone cases, jewellery and other random things (by listing it here on 3dhub to print while I’m not). All help is appreciated.

Hey @ady_pop92 Have you checked out our printer guide: ? We’ve collected feedback from our community to see which printers are the most liked. Do you mind saying why you selected these two?

Hi Arnoldas. I’ve read the printer guide a few times as well as many other guides on the Internet. I chose these two as they’re both in my budget (I’m trying to stay under £1000) and because they’re supposedly in the high spectrum of print quality. I want the Robox for the 20 micron min layer (don’t even know when I’ll use it but better to have it than not) and for all the innovative technology in it. However the Flashforge, unlike the robox, is open source and can be modified more easily. But I’m not sure about the 100 micron min layer.

Hi Arnoldas,

We recommend you take a look at the Duplicator 4S 3D printer. This printer works fine with 0.1 mm resolution and brings double extruder. There is a large community to support the Duplicator 4S. https://groups.google.com/forum/?hl=es#!forum/wanhao-printer-3d

Furthermore this printer costs less than EURO 1000 and we know that prints as well or better than flashforged Creator Pro

If you need more information about this 3D printer you can consult web:

Thanks for the help guys. I’ve decided to go for the lulzbot mini!
