I know the title is quite negative, but I believe the newest change 3D Hubs has forced on us deserves it.

The diversity of colour and my ability to specify exactly what the customer would get was by far one of the biggest benefits to using 3DHubs over other platforms such as treatstock (Who uses a system almost exact to what 3D Hubs has now enforced).

I just don’t understand why the change had to happen? I don’t believe the old system was causing any problems, and already the new system is causing plenty. I now have materials I can’t even sell in inventory just because it isn’t part of their specific colour pallet.

I’m also frustrated that now my order widget is forced to use the same garbage. I’ll definitely be making my own to fill the void, as clearly 3DHubs is not properly communicating with it’s vendors, but rather just coming to their own conclusions and forcing changes on us regardless of the consequences.
