I just noticed the new automated message that it sent to customers when they place an order.
How do I change what it says?
Its a good idea but the message is not so good.

Yeah I noticed this as well, the message is a bit robotic and it says I get back to customers on average in 28 hours? My average is actually 25 minutes…
An editing feature for this would be great

The messages says I reply in 48 hours while my average is 40 min. This doesn’t make such a good first impression. If it’s a typo I hope it gets fixed soon.

Hey @Steelmans (and other Hubs on this thread), as you can tell we’re working on a couple improvements to the order page, while we we’re planning to test these on our staging environment we accidently (partially) deployed some of the features to the live website. We’re reverting those now.
The plan is to release automated Hub reply and a couple other nice improvements (a Help Center for customers, better Hub profile/info, more direct conversation between Hub and Customer and more control over orders for Hubs) coming week Wednesday or Thursday, and of course we will inform you of the changes as soon as they’re live.
Really looking forward to hear your feedback later this week when it ‘really’ goes live. Thanks for notifying us!
