Hey there, I’m not new to the 3D printing field but when it comes to 3D models I’m at a loss. I’ve been searching the internet far and wide and cannot find any kind of files for Katniss’s Mockingjay armor. Now I cosplay and could just make all the parts with foam but I really wanted something a lot more rigged and could last longer than EVA foam. I’m hoping someone is willing to give me a quote on how much it would cost to create a 3D printable to size model of her armor pieces? Pieces would include: Chest plate Back plate Shin guards Knee plates Shoe guards Wings Quiver If anyone could help me out that would be wonderful. Again just needing a quote

What you need is to find a 3D designer with 3D printing experience and pay them to design the costume parts for you.
Then you can take the parts and upload them on 3D Hubs and get a quote from multiple hubs at once.
Just to give you an idea in terms of pricing, for a full size storm trooper costume you are looking at $500-800 CAD.

Lol thankfully I already have TK armor (501st member). The parts for the Mockingjay armor are small an minimalistic compared to any kind of Star Wars armor. Would you have any 3D designers in mind that you could point me in the right direction to?
