I dont have outlook setup on my computers so the current mail links that open outlook are of no use. need the 2staffname link for messaging help on jobs at least. most new customers dont know how/what to do even how to find link to post a review when job is complete and Im sure they too could use this.

also it seems we still dont have edit or delete options for these posts
