Hi Michael,
We’d be happy to do that for you by Monday, 3/23. If this works for you, please email the files or provide Dropbox link.

Hey Jubal, thanks for your input. Just a heads up I moderated your email out. In the future please use a link to your hub profile as means of contact. Cheers
I can do that for you today if you send me the files.

Hi Michael,
If you have Solidworks then just reopen the file and “Save As” a STL file.
Or just send us the file and we will convert it for you.
Here’s the link to our hub:

Thank you everyone, much appreciated!

I’m completely new at all of this, but is it possible to make a STL file from a photograph .jpg? For instance a STL of someones head from a photograph? Thanks -AC

Michael,
Do you still need assistance with this?
Wade
Hi Stinkyac, I do not believe so, there is likely more to do with it.
Hi Wade, I am all set, thank you for asking!
And to everyone else who has offered support, much appreciated!
You can just export from solidworks itself, go to ‘Save As’ and select STL as file type. Be carefull to not export as high resolution if this is not needed. More information on http://help.solidworks.com/2012/English/SolidWorks/sldworks/HIDD_STL.htm
It’s not a simple thing, but I imagine it is possible. I know EA sports games let you upload a front and profile pic and it creates a version of you in the game (but the detail isn’t great). You are probably better off finding someone local with a scanner and scanning your head!
