Oh yeah, sorry. The push in the joint that holds the filament guide in place that came with the XYZ da Vinci Jr. was defective. I am pretty sure that the teeth inside of the push in joint are not holding the filament guide tube in place. I have bought many replacement parts for this piece but none of them seem to fit. And every time I put in the correct measurements it says that that piece does not exist. So I found out you cannot fix the problem but you have to get a new piece. If you could possibly help me find the replacement part of the piece that would mean a lot to me.
