When I click on find my address this is what it says;

2138-2198 S Farm Rd 137, Springfield, MO 65807, USA

I don’t know where this is?

My address is 2122 South Glenstone Avenue Springfield Missouri 65804

But my Hub just has not been showing for a few weeks now I guess?

I believe no orders but a few repeats! please help

Hey Tye,

I fixed your caps for you, hope you don’t mind! I’ve also taken a look at your Hub dashboard and I see that your address is saved correctly, and verified. Are you referring to the ‘get my location’ feature of our order page?

If I input your address on our order page, you show up on the top of the list for me, here. So you are able to be found on the order page, per the address that you have set for your Hub.

It is impossible for me to replicate your issue, since I live somewhere else entirely. I will notify our development team however, with the information that you have provided, and they will have a look at the location finder program, to see if there is an issue perhaps with your location.

The slowing down of business is due to Summer, almost certainly. Summer is always a slow season for 3D printing!

Hope that has informed you sufficiently, please let me know if there is anything else I can do to help.

Thank you.

Best,

Benny

Thank You Very Much Benny! That is awesome! I always hit the Caps lock by accident and keep on typing . Yes it was just the location finder! But I also couldn’t find any hubs in my area for several hours last night. Thank You very very much for helping me fix these issues I Greatly appreciate all of your time and Help!! :slight_smile: also I agree kids going back to school and all,… always slows down our business a little in jewelry manufacturing as well! Thank You, You and your team are the Greatest! I mean that! thanx. :slight_smile:

HI @BennyHeretoHelp

Sorry to bother you again sir! I am trying to add a Ft-5 online. I have a profile built for it with seven choices of PLA added, and the printer appears online on my end. But when I upload a large model say a Rocket 396mm by 12.8mm I think, and search for available hubs My hub shows as “incompatible” to print this model? I had a problem at the beginning when signing up I kept getting really big items, too big for my printer lol but Now I have a really big printer just for this reason :slight_smile: ,

the printer I added is FT-5 Folgertech with a 300x 300x 400mm build volume. Thank You very much for all of your help.

also when I searched for available FT-5s I found none? Thank you again for all of your time and help!
