Hello all. I’m quite new here. I have all verified, printed the little Marvin and uploaded the pictures.
However when i try to upload a file and compare prices with other hubs, mine is not listed. Even if i sort if by closest, by the 4th option i’m already in Spain (i’m based in Lisbon area, Portugal).
If i remove the part then my hub is listed.
What’s the reason for this? This makes new orders coming in virtually impossible.

Hi @JohnnyBrutto, what do you mean by “If i remove the part then my hub is listed”? I just tried searching for your Hub in Amadora, Portugal and saw you in the search results.
Hi. Thanks for the reply. I’m actually exchanging emails with somebody at 3dhubs regarding this issue. I meant if i upload a stl then my hub is not listed.

Glad to hear you’re talking to someone from our Customer Support team! Let me know if you still have any problems.
Ok the explanation was simple. The part i was trying to use as a comparison was bigger than 90% the printing area. Meaning 3dhubs apply a 10% margin to avoid using the whole printing area. Somebody could argue “hey that’s my problem as long as it fits and the results are good why not?” but at least i’ve got an answer. Thanks for the response and for the quick customer service reply as well.

Hi guys
I have the same issue here, the object doesn’t fit horizontally on the build plate, but it fits in diagonal.
I opened an issue in the 3D hubs suggestions site (link below), the more we get there and vote, the more we get a chance 3D Hubs will listen to us.

Hey Johnny,
Try to upload a part you know fits in your printer. If it continues on happening it might be something wrong with the website.
