Help, my printer is getting stuck when it loads. Out of the three icons, only 2 show up and it makes a beep that doesn’t stop unless I turn the printer off.

Can you tell me, which icons do you see? And what Beep is it? A short one or is it playing a melody?
Did you try the factory reset button on the side?

No, the beep is constant and it will not stop. The two icons are the manual adjust and the preheat.
i did try to reset, no success.

what did you do before the last power off?
Is your dreamer connecting to the USB?
Which firmware version is on the machine?
Maybe your Board is defect and you must contact Flashforge Support for a replacement.
When my icons went funny, mirror imaged in fact, I opened up the electronics compartment, jiggled all the connectors and reinserted the micro SD card on the main board. After that it went back to working normally.
