In the last few months the visits to my Hub have dropped to almost nothing and as a result I’m not getting any orders. Does anyone know what has changed recently? I can’t see anything wrong with my settings.

I cannot give you an explanation for it.

When I look at your ranking, I see that you are still on the first page of search results in your area.

The 3D Hubs ranking system as it is at the moment is seriously flawed, but in your case that does not seem to be the problem.

I do not know when you had your last order, but your last review is from 2 months ago. That seems to be in line with quite a few other hubs on the same page.

There are several Hubs in your area which are very active and therefore have a high number of reviews and several of these list lower prices than your Hub. This might be a reason.

Sorry I can’t give you a better answer. I have the same problem as you do, but in my case it is because 3D Hubs lists my Hub on page 4 while placing Hubs that are much further away and which seem to have been dormant for months way higher on their ‘recommended’ list.

You should look at the difference between Hub views in “Search results” and “Profile vists”. For me personally my “Search results” are not rising, but my “Profile vists” are. Since I do not advertise my hub and people are visiting my profile, this leads me to conclude that I do in fact show up in the search feed, but that the “Search results”-counter does not register them.

Thanks guys for the suggestions. I will look into it. Maybe I need to bring my prices down.

Same happened to our hub. Search results numbers didn’t go up, profile visits only by a bit. We got one order though.

However, since today the views all together are gone, it seems like there is an error in the 3Dhubs system.

My views are also gone at the moment. As is my average response time in the search results (disappeared a couple of weeks ago).

Just out of curiosity, a question for all you you guys.

How many orders have you been getting lately and how does that compare to your numbers in the past?

As for the missing statistics, I am sure this is just a temporary glitch and the guys from 3D Hubs are working on it.
Yesterday it was still doing fine and I am pretty sure it will be ok again tomorrow.

Same here. My price is good, but I´m not getting orders. 3D Hubs marketing is below poor. I thought 12.5% is for marketing too, not just the order handling.

I made an inquiry about my hub views statistics disappearance and got a reply: "This is a bug we’re aware of and are working to fix it. "

However I think something is a bit fishy lately at 3D hubs. I read that there is a waiting list now for new hubs. Is it possible that they want to knock out the hubs that are not attracting many orders? They probably prefer hubs that spend money on advertising themselves, so that the only thing they have to do is to skim off their 12.5%.
