Hello all, I have a MP Select Mini and need to put a new control board and display in it. Does anyone know the brand of controller and display it uses? Or better yet where I can get one? I talked to Monoprice and they are no help. It’s a shame because they have a nice little machine. They should be willing to sell parts to keep customers happy. Thanks in advance. Rich

Hello, the wiki page has a ton of great info on the parts for the mini. You can source the screen on ebay for cheap and the control board you can get directly from Malyan who is the actual manufacturer of that printer Monoprice is only a reseller. If neither one of those work out for you let me know I have a brand new controller board for the MP Mini I’ll be happy to sell it to you if you don’t have luck anywhere else. I bought two when I ordered it from MalYan for this exact reason in case mine went down again. Good luck and hope that helps check out that wiki page though it has a ton of great information.

Check out the Monoprice Mini Facebook group. Several people in that group have replaced the controller board and describe how they did it, and how they obtained the board.

They won’t know what the parts are because they are just rebranding the machine. The original manufacturer is Wanhao so you may wanna check with them on it or check the wanhao Facebook group.

Not sure of the control board unit name If you bought it through Monoprice it’s under warranty for Lifetime

Unfortunately I am the 2nd owner of my printer. MP won’t even talk to me without the “Order Number”. Thank you for your reply. Rich
