I’m moving cities within the US. Will my profile and all my reviews transfer?

Hey guys,

Yes, you’re able to change the location of your Hub within a profile and all the reviews will remain with you. Nothing will change, apart from the location. However, it is not possible to move reviews from one account to the other (if you decide to create a new one).

Thanks! One follow up question, is it possible to change hub names vs creating a new hub? IE if transitioning from personal to business?

If you would like to keep all the reviews you’re definitely able to change your Hub name under “Hub dashboard” --> “Profile” --> “Name”. So you’re able to change your image on 3D Hubs entirely and still keep the old reviews. If you would like to start with a clean slate, you could create a new Hub, but everything will have to be collected from the start.
