I am in need of a mouth guard and i’ve seen some small businesses, like GRiTT 3D, create mouth guards that can also be used for people who grind their teeth. Now they use a FDA material but I’ve had one that was a hard thin plastic that I figured can be done by one of the local 3D print shops here in Phoenix. I am already working on getting the scan of my teeth/impressions, but can it be done by one of the hubs listed?

If someone is interested in working with me, please let me know.

Hi Aaron,

Depending on the size of the part I may be able to assist. I have several nylon materials that are food-safe and a PET material that is the same as most water bottles. The only issue I can see is that if I don’t have a flat surface to build from the surface finish on the bottom of the part may not be very good. I am happy to give it a try, though.

Aaron - did you ever get this done in Phoenix?
