I recently bought a Monoprice Mini and have printed a few things quite smoothly over the last few days. However I thought I’d update the firmware as I had seen that suggested on many sites, this resulted in the thermostat for both the extruder and platform reading the same temperature (266°). As a result, it is refusing to heat as it thinks it has already exceeded the target temperature(s). I have since downgraded the firmware back to stock, though this did not do anything.
Has anybody encountered an issue like this?

Try Monoprice customer support. I would do live chat or call. They are not very responsive to emails
