Hello all, new to the 3d print world and picked up a monoprice mini. The printer has worked well for approximately a month producing many great prints. I woke up and took a print off the bed and turned the printer off. When I turned it back on, everything seemed just fine. Loaded my print in cura and hit print. The computer connected to the printer and it stated it was printing. However, the extruder temp and bed temp both read 0. Nothing moves, the fan does not start up, it just sits there on. Cura says printing on com4, but it really isn’t. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Can you still print from the SD card? Also, check out the Monoprice Select Mini Facebook group. Lots of people exchanging information and diagnosing problems with each other.

I will attempt. However, I do believe I left out some key info. I have tried to preheat the printer while it’s not connected to the computer and it won’t even preheat the extruder or bed.

You’ll find lots of help there!

How long have you had the printer? Monoprice is pretty good about replacing the unit and significant parts, like the controller board, which may be necessary in your case.

And if you really want to get rid of them, let people on the group know. Many there are always looking to pick up a spare. :slight_smile:

Sorry for the late response. I’ve had it less than a month. Waiting on a response from Monoprice now. Thank you for the help!
