when it gets to a certain part of the print bed it gets really loud and starts to rattle then stops. nothing wrong with the prints in that area. also prints aren’t sticking to my print bed, I use painters tape and a glue stick with a heated bed using ABS.
The rattle could be the cover of the x axis gantry. Try squeezing the sides of the gantry when
it’s making the noise and see if it stops. Quite a few people have opted to remove the cover
because of noise. Newer models of the Mini have the x-axis limit switch mounted on the
cover - if so, you would have to relocated the switch.
Can’t help on ABS not sticking to the bed, never touched the stuff.
