I am having issues with running files other than the test print. The fan is shutting off and then stopping the print. Any one have any ideas on why this is happening? Monoprice was not helpful. Do I need to change something in the files?

Copy the init gcode from the sample file and use it for the models you slice. Also, head over to the Monoprice Mini Facebook group. Lots of good information and other people with Minis trading suggestions.

I’m having the same issue. Sometimes resetting at the beginning of the print when the system homes and sometimes during print. This happens at different stages of print for files that sometimes succeed.

In my case then entire machine resets. Screen goes blank for a sec or more

I suspect a power issue.

In case anyone is following this older thread I had posted I was having the same issue. The solution for me was to open up the printer and unplug and re-plug all the internal connections. Since all the connections were fully plugged in I only assume the manufacturing process left behind some residue on the connector terminals (flux?) or there is a loose/bad terminal crimp in one of the cables. It may arise again but for now the sporadic resetting has stopped.
