ive cleared jams on this printer before . But it seems like this one I just can’t get clear , I’ve tried as carefully as possible all of the regular jam/clog techniques . It’s at the point nownwhere I can feed test pla thru and even a thin piano wire back and forth in a sawing motion thru the extruded but when I reconnect everything super carefully and test it and keeps giving that jammed sound and nothing comes out
Just to clarify, have you manually fed fillamnet bypassing the extruder and see if it goes through heated hot end? If pla comes out ok manually, then may be your extruder gear teeth need to be cleaned.
If your extruder gears are clean and there’s no broken teeth then maybe try running with the Bowden tube off to eliminate a crimp issue up top. If it’s moving through the entire Bowden tube and connectors then check the nut that holds the Bowden connector to the heat sink and make sure you didn’t accidentally screw it into the little piece of ptfe just underneath. If you miss by just a bit then sometimes you can crimp it and the filament will stop in the cold end. Good luck
9.5/10 times the PTFE liner in your throat is deformed. It can happen if the hotend isn’t snug enough, or if it gets too hot, or if bad filament is pushed through, or if it gets scratched while trying to unclog it. It is very common on the v1.

Maybe I’m lazy, but I’ve found that the easiest way to handle a clog is to swap out both the heat break and the nozzle right away. Later, I clean the old nozzle and keep it in reserve. I always have two or three new nozzles and heat breaks in reserve as well.
I’m in the same spot I have a clog that I can’t seem to get clear. Let me know if you find solution that works for you
The PTFE tubing in the heat break is not damaged?
