Hi all,

For my Thesis i have to create a Mold for a Plastic Injection Machine with PolyJet 3D- Printer.
We are going to use ABS or PA6 for Injection ( Melting Temperature approx. 220-240 °C for both of them) i need a material for my mold, which can keep up with that. I was thinking to use Rigur (RGD450) but found out Tg of Rigur is approx. 50°C so i am guessing it doesnt gonna work so i am looking for another Material. I wanted to ask you guys if you have any suggestions for me?

Thanks in advance

We have an article on 3D Printed Injection Molds, I hope some of the information here helps!
