Hi @SHoutzager, there is a no DM service within 3D Hubs. The only way you can communicate privately with a Hub is via the order page after submitting your order or when asking for a quote.

The only way I can think of for you to contact a hub is through this button.

Create an enquiry with a hub to talk to that person. Most people dont know this, but if you had a print completed with a hub, you can still communicate with that hub on the page where that order was completed.
