Hi all Trondheim-based hubs,

Tomi3D suggested that we meet up. I suggested we meet up at the Micro Brewery. Tomi3D said that he would be back from vacation at the end of August, so that’s when we plan to meet. The question is: Could everybody in the Trondheim community please reply in this thread, whether or not they would like to attend, or have suggestions for particular dates. Please also respond if you are not interested because that way, I will know that we have reached everybody.

An agenda for such an event is not important in my opinion. The main point is to meet each other, and then I am certain we will have a good time with lots to talk about.

However, Tomi3D mentioned that he wishes to start a 3D printing house in Trondheim, which I find a good idea given sufficient interest. I am certain that we could find support from the municipalty. One way of doing this could be within Hackheim, for instance.

I will be in Trondheim after 23 august. All dates after this is good for me. I hope we kan find more people who interest 3d printer and want to exchange experience integrations and free talk about 3d printinf future in Trondheim / sør-Trondelag . I hope we can see lot of you. at our meetup .

Well, Tomi, I guess it will be you and me.

I suggest we meet on Saturday August 29 at the Trondheim Maker Faire (www.trondheimmakerfaire.no) and then go have dinner or just a beer at Brygghus 9; which I have not visited yet. How does this sound with you? I have not cleared this with my family, so this is at the moment just a suggestion …

All you others are, of course, welcome to join.

Hi Morten its sounds great for me but maybe we can meet at 28 august in this day its more cool stuff to se at trondheimmakerfaire :slight_smile: after we can go anywhere and talk . Brygghus its ok :slight_smile:

Do you think there is any difference in the exhibitions between the two days at the Maker Faire? There is only one talk i would really like to hear, and that is the last one on Saturday.

I am at work on friday, but could take a couple of hours off. Do you have a jabber account, or are you on #reprap.no on IRC? It would be better to discuss this over some IM-service.
