Is SLA material or Silicone rubber is good for printing the suction cup which is 3mm-5mm diameter approximately? How much it costs to print the suction cup which is 0.6*0.6*1.2 cm in dimensions?

I apologise that this response has come to you over a week of you asking. If I had known I would have got straight to it. As you are asking about the cost of printing in set dimensions, I thought I’d let you know that there is no consistant cost. Some people may give you a decent deal, but others are out there to turn a profit. I would recommend that you go to the 3D print section and add your file at the top. Then use the filters to refine your search depending on how specific you want to be and go through the hubs. Act as though you are wanting to use their hub and check the price it would come to, if you aren’t happy with their pricing don’t send the order at the end of the process and find another hub. The worst that could happen is that you waste a little time. Hopefully this way you can find exactly what you want. I would be delighted to offer my service if you struggle to find a hub.
In response to the material choice, I am not too sure, but I know that if you print with PLA you can treat it to give it flexible properties
