Hello, I have 3d printer dimension elite , after i load the model he doesnt come out , i tried several times to open the head and every time i opened it there was a molten model in the tube like in the pictures. i tried to load and unload tje model and i cleaned the tube time after time and it still doesnt working. if anyone has any idea it will help alot
Honestly have never worked on one of those and just looking at it, it looks like a dual extruder based on the wiring I can see. So with that in mind, my ideas are just that mixed with some knowledge of thermal dynamics through my daily work.
If this is a dual extrusion and one side is having issues, I would say that you have a problem with the heater for that side of the extruder. It may seem to be alright at first due to it allows some extrusion, however that could be due to the other heaters heat carrying over. I’ve seen this type of scenario with other systems that use dual heaters and one fails.
