Hi!

I recently gave up on normal PLA and started using Rigid.ink PLA, finding it is much more tough then standard one, and prints as easily, worth the higher price. So under materials for my printer, I removed PLA and choose 3Dhubs rigid.ink PLA option instead, with all the colors available.

Since then, I got a significant reduction in orders, until my returning customer Nadav Matalon, tried to order a new print, and wasn’t able to find my hub. He ordered directly and told me he wasn’t able to find me until specifically searching for my hub. If he didn’t have my email, we might have gone to somebody else and I find that unacceptable!

Now I have switched back to PLA and my hub is visible again. Please correct this issue and I hope it is helpful to others
