Hi all,
I was wondering if I might find some help here regarding my little Marvin. It seems that Marvin was printing well up until the key-chain ring. Hopefully you guys can help me figure this out!
Here are some of my settings followed by some images:
Printer: MakerGear M2 rev.E
Filament: White PLA
Nozzle Size: 0.35mm
Extrusion Height: 0.1mm
Rafts/Supports: No
Cheers!
Try printing 4 at a time. Heat is an enemy of Marvin.
Since you are printing in PLA, did you ramp up the speed of the part-coolingfan?

It’s most likely you are not allowing the enough time for the layer to cool before starting to print the next layer. The keyring section is smaller and you printer can probably finish each layer in few seconds. As a result you are getting a distorted print.
You can have a look here: https://www.simplify3d.com/support/print-quality-troubleshooting/#overheating. They have some solutions that you can try.
