Hey there,

I would first like to say thanks for all the help in advance. I have tried just about everything under the sun and need a tiny bit of help. I think that this marvin is ok at 200 microns but i guess it could be improved. I am using a Wanhao Duplicator 6D and either Cura/Wanhao copy software or Simplify3D. I have tried both and millions of different combos and came out with this guy as the best (using the cura/wanhao software). Any help with settings would be great. Current settings include:

200 microns

Print speed 15mm/s

Print Temp 195 C

Bed temp 50 c

Flow 80%

Layer 0.2mm

Cool time between layer 30

Fans 100% (dual fan modified)

Appreciate any suggestions as Marvin be driving me crazy. Printed in PLA (nothing special, Wanhao original pla)

Doh had to add on the pictures on after as i was unfamiliar with this board. My apologizes.

Hi @Aggravator personally, I think he looks pretty good for 200 microns, what is it you’re unhappy about?

Pics are slightly blurry but he looks pretty good. Your settings seem right on also. I might speed him up just slightly because to slow and the extruder nozzle is hanging out to long and heat can transfer from it to Marvin. Or print 2-4 at a time and see how it goes.

But he does look good.

Getting a bit of overlaped extruded material (easily removed however). The next response answered the issue however Thanks fir the input.

Was late at night and i was half asleep trying to get him to be perfect. I will try your suggestions for sure. I will upload pictures after (later today) in better lighting (lighting in the workshop is lacking it seems)
