I work with AutoCAD for set design modelling but am now looking to move into the jewellery industry. I’m exploring Matrix 9.0 and finding it fairly easy to pick up. Before investing in this software and a higher spec printer, I’m trying to do some market research to see if there work out there for CAD designers who can take a drawing from paper/file and create a 3D design and then print a prototype for review and then casting?
