Somewhere along the way when MakerBot updated the desktop software it added some kind of auto positioning to place an opened file at the center of the base. This is very troublesome when a user wants to stack dual color parts. I have been overcoming this issue by undoing to the point where the first part is added and then adding the second part and undoing it until it is first added. At his point I can select both and center and place on the plate and have the dual color print as desired. Is there anyway to turn off this auto-positioning? Or is there a place where a user can download the previous desktop software?
