Hi guys. I have a Maker Select 3D Printer from Monoprice and the first few days have been phenomenal with it. The thing is, I was only printing simple pawns and now that I am printing slightly larger prints, they do not want to finish. I printed this gyrosphere thing I found online and both times that I tried to print, it stopped midway. Similarly, I tried to print a goat and the furthest it would print is simply the raft. I have no idea if Cura is the problem or my 3D printer. Every time I come back to an incomplete print, the screen says either “Stepper Disabled” or “Idle”. PLS HELP

What software are you using to compile your print? Are you using the Replicatorg that came with the printer? I have the Monoprice dual extrusion and have not seen this issue. I have used both the Replicatorg software, and Simplify 3D software.

Mine came with Cura

When you compile the code, does it seem to finish correctly? Any errors in the message window? If you look at the gcode, does it look normal? A lot of people are posting with similar issues saying it was a bad SD card. See these links:

Hope this helps.

Yeah, it was the SD card. Thanks

Cool, glad you found it. Happy Printing!
