Hey everyone! I am really enjoying 3Dhubs and look forward to meeting like minded 3D printing enthusiasts.

I have been noticing sporadic events popping up every once and a while, but nothing really on a monthly basis. Anyone know where I can get a calendar of events happening in LA?

Hey there! Events | Hubs page is a great source for these events, but to specifically follow the LA events I’d follow this LA talk tag where our mayor @Arthur_2 will update the community on the upcoming ones :wink:

At this point, indeed there is no regular interval but it’s fairly save to assume there’s an event / meetup every 6 - 8 weeks. If you’re receiving the current notifications, you should be good. If you want to chip in ideas for (more) events you are of course more than welcome! Cheers, Filemon

Hey Porter! Good to hear from you, we’re doing events every month or so right now, the most recent being a meet and greet with Formlabs and re:3d but the events pop up every month or so as the guests present themselves. In the next month or so we’ll have a dedicated community organizer joining our group at The Build Shop, so expect more regular events coming down the pipe soon!

There is a group at Meetup.com that has monthly meet-ups at the Deezmaker store in Pasadena. I haven’t been to a single one yet because Pasadena is a stretch for me, but I’ve heard great things from a friend who goes regularly; and now that summer has started, I may be able to make some time to go.
