We are a design company looking for the best material for molds to help with some of our small designs, (under 10"x10" designs.) The designs are not very complicated and we would like the molds to be repeatable if possible.
I wood recommend smooth-on silicon i’ve used there supply and is A+ good luck with the molds. We do silicon molds to so if you need help just give me a email Jake Bobcat1250@yahoo.com
If you can send me pictures i can give you a quote, the molds are dependent on the shape of the designs, and positive material dependent as some items can inhibit the cure of platinum silicones.
If you need any help email me

Can you be more specific? If you need flexible molds (silicone or polyurethane rubber) check out smooth-on (Fibertek in Burnaby carriers their stuff).

Hello 3D hub people,
I working with a designer and she has provided me a drawing (pdf) and cad file to work with. We are looking at creating a mold soft rubber type to be able to pour concrete into for a coat rack idea. I would like it so the mold can be reusable. I’m not a mold expert so I’m looking for suggestions on the best material and if someone is able to create this mold for us to pour into. My thoughts is someone with a 3d printer can make the positive mold for the rubber mold to be made if that makes sense.
Thank you Werner, Jake and Ramin for reaching out. Jake your email just bounces back.
I know I sent Werner a Cad drawing but I think it may have been the wrong file.
Let me know I’d like to discuss this with someone that is interested.
I’ve attached a PDF of this design.
Cheers,
Yves
