To 3D print small rigid plastic shower door support. I don’t have a scan but I can bring the part to you. Anyone interested?

I am in Oklahoma so not real close but have you tried to search the Hubs for your location? Good place to start.

Hello and thanks for your input, Christopher!

There are several 3D printing services near where I live, but I find the Hubs website rather opaque: there’s no way of contacting these places directly - evidently one has do this through the website. Since I don’t have a scan of the piece I need to be copied, I need to know if one of these places can also do this. But there’s no way of contacting them directly - or even knowing exactly where they are - to discuss this. I suppose I’ll have to go through the website to see if I can get through to one or another of these places. Presumably, this referral service is how the Hubs people make money (through commissions) which is fair enough. I’ll just have to find the time and patience to follow through their system.

Anyway, thanks again and have a nice one  !

@jkundra We can do this for you. We can scan and then print it for you. We recently completed an order where we scanned and printed Motocross boots. helmets, and rims. Email us at support@jmotechnology.com

We can get this done very easy and fast. Thanks.

Hello, and thank you for your offer - but I’ve found a service in my neighborhood here in Paris and will be proceeding with them via 3D Hubs.

Best regards,

JK

There absolutely is a way to contact. You search for your area and then contact the ones you want No mystery there.

Yes through the website - that is what this site is for. If you don’t want to use it then try Google.

This isn’t really a “referral service”, the hub owners are the ones you talk to. We list our hubs here to get exposure and to give customers a centralized place to search for location and services provided.

Glad to hear you were able to find someone close that you want to use! Best of luck!
