Hello,

I have made a request to become a hub two months ago, but i am still in wait list. I don’t understand this delay and the root cause.

Maybe my request is losing during the holidays time.

But regarding 3Hubs ’ team, nobody can provide me a time frame to be accepted, or simply to have an answer.

Maybe somebody can provide me this information ?

This is Nahla from 3D hubs. Thank you for reaching out and we are happy to hear you’re interested in joining 3D Hubs.
The waiting list was implemented quite recently so we don’t have a defined estimation on when your area will open up for more suppliers.

To be honest, it might take a while until that spot is open, as soon as we’re able to estimate the time frame, we’ll make sure to display it on the waiting list as well.
Based on the questions you filled in in this survey you’ll be invited once a spot opens up on the platform.

Hi Nahla,

I am in the same situation with being on the wait list for some time now. I live in a relatively small town. I am guessing that will drastically increase wait time. My question is will I even get a spot since I am not in a metropolitan area? As in are there even spots to wait for?
