I recently purchased an xyz da vinci mini. I have downloaded two software platforms_XYZware
and XYZmaker. The XYZware comes with a couple of samples, of which, I can print; however, I
cannot seem to load any examples from the sample catalog. HELP???

Hi Printmeister.
I have the same printer and loving it. But I came to the same problem.
The software is for several XYZ Printers. And the sample (I think the vase) is specialy made for a different printer.
Normal You load .stl file that is an file which has to be sliched. But there is also an .3w file and that is specialy for some printers.
Because al the settings are inside the file.
So if you load an .3w (orange picto) then you can get that problem.
If you load an .stl (blue Picto) then you have no problem.
But the printer is one of the best I worked so far.
