The left extruder will not stick to the tray. No matter what thickness it is it will not still to the tray. We have tried glue but it still will not stick. I also tried to switch to the right extruder but it still heated up the left extruder. If anyone knows why please tell me.

If the right side extruder sticks and the left does not
More than likely the Left side extruder is in one of 2 conditions.
1 - Temperature of the left extruder is not the same as the right side extruder.
2 - The left side extruder is not the same distance from the bed as the right side extruder.
Other things like steps per mm filament extruded could be troubles also.
As whirlybird said: printer? slicer? material? temps?
That is important when remote control diagnosing of a concern.
