Hi guys, I have some troubles with my left extruder. I have a ctc bizer and I tried to load filaments to the left extruder, and the lcd kept saying “wait for me to heat the extruder” for like 10 mins. My left extruder did get pretty hot, smoke even came out. At first I thought it was the problem of thermocouple so I swapped the right thermocouple and the left thermocouple. But the problem keeps happening. I did the same thing for heat cadtridge, didn’t work. The right extruder, however, worked pretty well. So I think the problem isn’t thermocouple nor heat cadtridge, but I don’t know what went wrong. I checked the connections in the motherboard and they are all good. Please advise me what I should do to fix this problem.
Check your thermocouple or the maxi chip could be burnt.
