My Xeed didn’t have any problem Last Monday, but all of sudden the printing bed stopped going up last Thursday. The bed still does go down, but not goes up. Even if I press the home button, bed level or offset. None of those buttons functioned.

I tried many things but nothings helped.

1. I rebooted the printer. It seemed recovered. Printer bed went up but after it started printing. The bed slightly went to down and didn’t go back to home position.

2. I logged out and logged on back Lilly print but no difference.

3. I flashed firmware but no difference.

4. Just in case something wrong with my new printing object’s gcode, I tried to print an object which I have successfully printed before, but no difference.

It seems like some software problem.

Has anybody experienced the same issue as me with using a Leapfrog Xeed or other Leapfrog printers? Please advise me. I need help ASAP!
