I have an YB2004 LCD. Some of the functions are obvious, like Move Axis, but others like TUNE I don’t understand. Anyone know?

In the Tune menu, you are given the option (at least on my printer, Prusa i3, which seems to have the same LCD as the one you’re referring to) to change a few settings like print speed (as a percentage of the speed specified in your slicer), nozzle and bed temps, as well as flow percentage (which can come in handy when using a new filament).
If you go to the original Prusa site they have a very well made manual which goes into more depth about the menu settings.
