Measuring the left and right head temps with an IR sensor shows the right head to be 10-15 degrees cooler than the left. But, both show the same temp on the console (230C).
My FFCP has been working great for the last 6 months, but recently the right head started failing on the first layer right after a good print. The left head continues to work well. After upgrading to all metal hotends the problem persists.
Just wondering if anyone else has seen this problem. I suspect the right thermocouple is starting to fail.
