I just bought and assembled (from Aliexpress) Anycubic 3D Kossel Linear Plus and when I try to make a test for the 1st time, heater is not going up after 150 Celcius degree and still waiting on and on and on…
Any idea?

Well, either the thermistor is wrong, the heat cylinder is faulty, or the circuit driving the heater. Thermistors and heat cylinders are cheap, and you should have spares anyway. Suggest swapping out one, then the other. If the problem persists, look at your controller board, or even the amount of power being provided to the printer.
