New to 3D Printing just taken delivery of a new FF creator Pro 2016 used it for one day and now right hand extruder completely block up … any advise please

If you can’t heat the extruder to 230 or so and get some filament to feed through it then you will need to take off the fan and heat-sink on that side to see what you have going on. If lucky filament is jammed in the extruder feeder.

Hi @LOMAX4500 as @wirlybird has said, first you’ll need to clear the jam, which hopefully is just in the extruder mechanism itself. Take it apart (it’s fairly easy) and clear the jam.
Why it jams could be several things, but I found on my FF Pro that it was a combination of too high a temperature for the material (softening too much before feeding into the hot end) and over-extrusion. I found that reducing the extrusion rate stopped these jams, and I usually print somewhere between 0.93 (93%) and 0.97 (97%) for most materials.
