It's harder for customers to find TPU (FDM) option with latest Start 3D Print page update

“Select a material” used to be optional before the update and is now required before showing the list of hubs. TPU (FDM) and Woodfil are filtered out if Prototyping Plastic FDMis chosen. Is this by design? It seems to make life more difficult for customers looking for hubs that’s able to print flexible (FDM) material.

Thank you for the feedback. I will wire it to the product team. It is indeed designed like this. The idea here is to make sure to show customers exactly what they are looking for. The Prototyping plastics has never included these materials.

We improved the way the material search works in the bar and now more phrases should actually suggest flexible materials and wood-like FDM (Same for all the rest) So if customer is looking for something like that, he/she will be directed specifically to Hubs like you.
