I just unboxed a Dremel 3d Printer and am having an issue at setup I was hoping someone could give me insight to. I turned on the printer and went to start a job by pressing Build on the startup menu. However, when I did this, the computer thought a second and then returned to the startup menu. I have tried this several times and cannot get past the startup. I then downloaded the most current version of firmware from the Dremel website and got an error on the install. Would anyone know if this is a software problem or a hardware problem? If it is a software problem, do you know of some type of patch or quick fix that would remedy the problem? I would appreciate any guidance/suggestions/tips on moving forward.
